Bolt is the story of an American white Shepard dog that has lived his entire life on the set of a TV action show and believes he has super powers.

He does not in fact have super powers, but there is no reason for him to think otherwise until something goes wrong and Bolt ends up in a strange city.

In the wrong belief that his beloved owner has been kidnapped, Bolt gets confused and is accidentally shipped to New York City.

In New York, Bolt makes friends with a female alley cat by the name of Mittens and a hamster called Rhino.

The journey of Bolt back to Hollywood in search of his owner, Penny, is a long and hectic one, and along the way Bolt discovers plenty about his personality.

With the help of his two new friends, Bolt comes to the realisation that he does not have super powers, but in fact he does not need them in order to be a hero.

The Bolt bluray movie has lots of terrific and fun extra features, so make sure you get your hands on it sooner rather than later!
